Tom Cruise is reportedly preparing for a private reconciliation meeting with his ex-wife, Nicole Kidman, and her husband, country music star Keith Urban.
According to Radar Online, the 63-year-old Mission: Impossible actor has expressed a desire to mend old wounds—not just with Kidman, but also with their adopted children, Isabella (Bella) Cruise and Connor Cruise. Most notably, Cruise is said to be open to making peace with Urban, whom he once viewed with open disdain.
An insider revealed, “Tom used to be incredibly dismissive of Keith. He saw him as some hillbilly crooner who wasn’t good enough for Nicole and couldn’t believe she’d ended up with a guy like that. But over the years, Tom’s perspective has shifted.”
Cruise has reportedly grown to “respect” the Let It All Out singer, particularly after watching Urban overcome addiction and become, as the source put it, a “steady, loving partner” to Kidman.

The change of heart seems to have been encouraged by Isabella and Connor, who have “spoken very highly” of Urban. Their praise reportedly “helped to soften Tom,” who now views the family dynamic in a more positive light.
“No doubt it helps that Tom’s madly in love with Ana de Armas. That’s shifted his perspective on everything in life because he’s just so darn happy,” the insider added.
Cruise’s relationship with the 37-year-old Cuban-Spanish actress has reportedly changed his outlook, prompting him to reflect on past conflicts with greater maturity.
“He’s now able to admit that he hasn’t always handled things the right way when it comes to Nicole – or Keith,” the source said. “But Tom’s ready to lay it to rest. He’s told friends he doesn’t want to be the kind of guy who holds grudges forever.”
While no official date has been set, sources claim the peace talks could happen privately in the near future. If successful, it could mark a major thaw in relations between one of Hollywood’s most-watched former couples—and a rare moment of unity in a family long shaped by distance and silence.
