Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, is reportedly willing to forgive the Manchester City star’s past infidelity—on one condition: he must agree to a multimillion-pound settlement. Kilner, 32, is demanding £15 million, which is half of Walker’s £27 million fortune, to compensate for the damage caused by his secret affair with influencer Lauryn Goodman, which resulted in the birth of two children.
According to a source quoted by The Sun, Kilner is standing firm on her demand. “She’s been told she’s entitled to half of his wealth if they split — and doesn’t want another penny of her share going to Lauryn.”
The couple, who share four children together, have been attempting to repair their relationship after Walker’s infidelity became public. Kilner, however, is now said to be seeking legal advice on a potential split, which could entitle her to half of the £150,000-a-week footballer’s fortune. The Daily Mail reported that Kilner has already received preliminary legal guidance regarding her claim.
Walker’s affair with Goodman is not the only controversy the couple is facing. Kilner has also found herself embroiled in family drama. Recently, her sister, Sian, gave birth to a baby boy, a child conceived during a secret affair with another father-of-four. This situation has only added to the tension between Kilner and her husband, with sources saying their relationship is at a breaking point.
Kilner has reportedly accused her sister of “doing a Lauryn Goodman,” referring to Sian’s involvement with a man who was still in a relationship with his partner and their young children. The ongoing family strife has made the situation even more difficult for Kilner and Walker.
“It’s a s***show at the moment. Kyle and Annie are arguing about pretty much everything,” a source told The Sun, highlighting the strained atmosphere in their relationship.
Further complicating the matter, Kilner refused to attend the hospital when her sister gave birth and has yet to meet her new nephew. The Daily Mail reported that this family rift has created additional stress for Kilner, who is already dealing with the fallout of Walker’s affair.
As tensions rise, it remains to be seen whether Walker will agree to Kilner’s £15 million demand or if the couple will proceed with a split, which could see Kilner walking away with half of the footballer’s fortune.
